Stopped in today without an appointment to get my brakes checked and tires rotated. A gentleman named Zack was able to help me in and was able to get my vehicle seen right away. I could not believe how quick the service was. I was happy to hear, I did not need brakes at the time. However, I will be going back to get them when I’m need. Incredible customer service. Thank you

Gotta say I've been really impressed by the team over there at Big Brand Tire & Service, and they're definitely worthy of recommending them to family, friends and loved ones. For the second time in fairly recent memory - Zach did my intake, and he was exceptional. Truly. Friendly, knowledgeable, informative and professional - with spot-on recognition of the issues and how to promptly resolve them. I came away very impressed - thinking to myself - whoa, this is how it should be done. These guys are efficient and pros at what they do. This is my first write-up for a tire, alignment and brake service outfit [and I don't break out too many write-ups good or bad] --- but this one made a strong impression after my last two visits and Big Brand definitely deserves all 5 stars plus a highly favorable write-up/review. It's never great to blow a tire or have your brakes needs a little TLC, but these guys really know what they're doing and are light years ahead of the competition. Of all the choices, BB is clearly the top dawg and stands above the pack. Big thanks to BB overall plus to Zach, Luis and the guys at the shop for looking out for my rig - I sincerely appreciate it!

Been going here for over 10 years now and have always had amazing service. Prices are fair and reasonable. Today Zach got my wife’s car in and out quickly for a flat repair. We highly recommend them for all your tires and brakes needs.

My service here has been exceptional since my first visit to replace my tires 2 years ago. It’s a real family business and you can feel that when you walk in. I recently had some issues after brake and rotors replacement a few months ago, and Zach handled the situation with a sense of care that is hard to find these days. Zach found another brand of brake pads and replaced them all today in less than 3 hours!!! Everyone there has been very helpful and I highly recommend Courtney Tires/Big Brand Tires if you are looking for honest service and care.
